Sailing and captain courses
Holiday on yacht offers you many unforgettable adventures, which cannot be found elsewhere. Sailing on an open sea, taking a swim in maiden bay farewell from crowded beaches, discovering new, unseen places. This and more you can experience and thus fulfill your expectations of actively spent holiday you will remember for a long time. But if you don’t want to be only a passive yacht visitor and you prefer to take initiative into your own hands, we will offer you also this possibility. We will teach you how to control the ship, you will gain new experience right on the sea and after passing the exams you will be a holder of a skipper licence.
We organize one week courses. They took place in Kremik port, situated between city of Šibenik and city of Split. Usually, we open the classes on the beginning and the end of the season. On request of the sufficient number of participants we are able to carry them on everywhere. The price of the ship then depends on
its current price. During the courses you will be accommodated directly on the yachts. You will study navigation, marine alphabet, sea-mark assignment and reading of marine maps, water routes, meteorology and basic rules for safe marine sailing as well as work with transmitter, compasses and other marine equipment. We will explain you the basic rules of the marine law, COLREG and ordinary maintenance of the ship. Night orientation and navigation between isles will be exercised during night sailing. We put strong assessment on maneuvering in the port, mooring the yacht and anchoring in the bay.
At the end of the course, the participants will take an exam in English language in front of the commission appointed by Ministry of Marine of the Croatian Republic. The successful participant will obtain international passport. Holder of this passport is authorized to navigate any yacht till 20BT. The aim of this course is to train the future skippers which will be prepared enough to maneuver the ship in the coastal waters safely and with no fear. Do not hesitate, you can become a captain too!

You spend a nice holiday on a yacht in Croatia. You get all the necessary knowledge and skills to operate the yacht. You learn how to read the maps, navigation, GPS and work with the necessary regulations. Finally, after successful exams, you get a license.
